Here is a list of question that we get asked quite often.Q: Can we be picked up from town on a busy night?
A: We will pick you up at a point which is safe for you and somewhere where we can find you, normally pickups from town are within 15 minutes
Q: Can I have a set fare?
A: If you use a taxi daily we can arrange a discount fare for you
Q: Are your drivers and cars licensed by the local council?
A: All our cars and drivers are policed checked every 3 years and cars are subject to a vehicle check every six months, all our vehicles are licensed by the City and County of Swansea, we pride ourselves in having most of our vehicles under 4 years old and no expense is spared on servicing.
Q: Can you transport us to the airport?
A: We can provide you with a reasonable price to any airport in the uk
Q: Can my company depend on your company to provide a good service to my clients?
A: One of the first points of contact your client may see will be the taxi or executive car sent for them, it could be picking up a client from an airport or anywhere!
We realise as a company that first impressions count so we make sure that your client is sent a clean and modern taxi with a pleasant driver. We have some of the largest companies as our clients, so we realise that high standards must be maintained at all times. Also our prices are very competitive, we take people all over the UK.
Q: Do you offer any kind of advertising?
A: Yes we offer advertising on the rear door of our vehicles, prices start from £400 per year. You supply us with the graphics which we will then place on our vehicles. Please contact us for more information.
Q: How do you take and record bookings?
A: We have upgraded our computer system to one of the most advanced in the world, it features number recognition, so after your first booking our system tells us on a pop up screen that you're calling us. This saves time and is very accurate. We can record all bookings made by you so if at any point you would like a printout of your bookings we will send you a copy, this helps your credit control of how your account is being handled by us
Q: Can you arrange a monthly account for my company?
A: Yes we can arrange a monthly account, at the end of the month you will receive a statement detailing all your bookings, with names and where the taxis were ordered from and to. Also we provide copies of the signatures of the customer who was taken by us for you
Q: Where are you based?
A: We are based in Winchwen industrial estate in a newly opened purpose built call centre, within 2 miles of Swansea
Q: Can I book in advance?
A: You can book your taxi up to 2 months in advance
Q: Can you provide a courier service?
A: Yes, we can provide a local or national service
