After you first book a taxi with us your details are then held on a secure database, so the next time you call to book a taxi, the system will automatically show your details on the computer screen, this saves you and the office staff time and also gives a more personal touch. Our records system is second to none, we can recall if required by yourselves, what time, driver and car was sent for you, this ensures your safety and also give you a peace of mind.

Regular booking are also easily booked for month in advance(i.e. if you require a taxi every Tuesday at 7:30am) one call and your booking can be arranged for as long as you need.

All your stored information is held confidentially and can only be requested by you.
When you book a taxi ask for ring back your phone, mobile or landline will ring 3 times telling you your taxi is wasting outside, as you can see on some of the photos all journeys are logged, this is for your safety.

In 2004 we decided to invest in one of the best booking and dispatching system in the world, supplied by GPC Autocab. The system was an investment of £150,000, to allow us to provide a better service to our clients.

All our cars are now equipped with full GPS dataheads, this enables us to track any car from our offices, so if any query arises to the location of the taxi, we are able pin point it's location direct from the office.

The dataheads make your details more secure, as there is no voice over radio in the cars anymore, it is sent via an encrypted data transmission. The system is capable of taking a booking within 15 seconds and then arranging for the nearest car to you location to be sent, which cuts down on mileage and reduces the carbon footprint our cars have on the environment.

In addition to the GPS tracking system the system will also provide a FREE Ring Back service enabling you to wait inside the shop, pub or your home till the taxi arrives, thus no need to stand around waiting for your taxi to arise.

You'll need to ask us for the Ring Back service when you place your booking and the number you called from will then receive the call back (one ring) to alert you that your taxi is waiting.

This service applies to both land-line and mobile phones, but it will not work if the line your calling from is withholding your number when you place the booking.
